Dear Parishioners,
It is with tremendous gratitude that I announce the Together for Christ parish capital campaign. As we gather our churches together in this historic moment into a new parish, Bishop Hying has approved this fundraising opportunity together to support important building needs throughout the parish.
Firstly, the purchase of a rectory for St. Ignatius Church in Mount Horeb. The original rectory is beyond its life. God has given us a historic opportunity to purchase a beautiful rectory already connected to the grounds of St. Ignatius. Nearly half of the funds raised will support the timely and necessary purchase the we must make in January for the future health of our parish.
About the other half of the funds raised will support important building needs throughout the parish. Ridgeway has needed bell tower and church envelope repairs. Barneveld needs to have its church wall shored up. Hollandale has roofing needs. Blanchardville has HVAC needs. Perry is ready for handicapped accessibility to the church basement. As well as St. Ignatius needs proper handicapped parking and parking lot improvements.
As we begin this capital campaign please prayerfully consider donating as we work Together for Christ to build up our community of faith.
